We describe our services, projects and processes as accurately as we can. Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices, scope and timelines are agreed only in a written quote or contract.
Client projects
Every project is governed by its own written proposal or contract, which sets out scope, price, payment schedule, timeline, ownership of work and support. If that document conflicts with these terms, the project document wins.
Ownership
Unless a project contract says otherwise, ownership of the custom code, designs and content we create for you passes to you once the related invoices are paid. Third-party items (open-source libraries, fonts, stock assets, platform fees such as Shopify, Google Play or Apple) stay under their own licences and terms.
Third-party platforms
App stores, Amazon KDP, Shopify, payment gateways and AI model providers make their own decisions about approval, ranking, fees and policies. We follow their rules and help you through review, but we cannot guarantee their decisions, search rankings, AI citations, sales or trading results.

Liability
