This policy explains what information Rubdexide Technologies Private Limited ("Rubdexide", "we") collects through this website, rubdexide.com, and how we use it. Our games and apps published under Aeon Pixels Studio have their own privacy policies at aeonpixels.com.

What we collect

• Contact form and email: your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us (company, country, service, budget, project details).
• Server logs: our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type and pages requested, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are kept for a short period.

This website does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. Fonts and scripts are served from our own server.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To deliver and invoice a project if you hire us.
• To keep records required by Indian tax and company law.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask for them.

Legal basis (for visitors in the UK and EU)

We process enquiry data because you asked us to (steps before a contract) and project data to perform our contract with you. Records kept for tax law are kept under legal obligation.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business: our web and email host (Hostinger), our payment providers when you pay an invoice, and our accountants. Some of these providers may process data outside your country; they are bound to protect it.

Client project data

When we build software for you, we may access data you give us (for example a database or user list). We use it only to do the work you hired us for, keep it confidential, and delete or return it when the project ends, unless you ask us to keep it for support. We will sign a data processing agreement or NDA on request.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 24 months. Project and invoice records: as long as Indian law requires (generally 8 years).

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@rubdexide.com. We reply within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EU you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Children

This website is meant for businesses and is not aimed at children under 16.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
