Automate

AI agents that do real work

An AI agent is software that uses a large language model to carry out tasks, not just answer questions. It reads your data, uses your tools and APIs, and works toward a goal within rules you set. We design, build and test agents for customer support, sales, research and operations.

What you get

  • Use-case scoping and risk review
  • Agents on Claude (Anthropic), OpenAI or open models
  • Connections to your tools, APIs and databases (including MCP servers)
  • Answers grounded in your own documents (retrieval)
  • Human approval steps and guardrails
  • Test sets that measure accuracy before launch
  • Deployment to your website, email, Slack or WhatsApp Business
  • Monitoring and cost tracking

What we often build

  • Customer support agents
  • Lead qualification and booking agents
  • Research and report agents
  • Document and invoice processing
  • Internal knowledge assistants
  • Sales email drafting with approval

You tell us the goal, the users and the deadline. We ask the questions that change the price.

Fixed quote

A written scope, timeline and price. Larger projects are split into milestones.

Design

Wireframes and a clickable prototype, so you approve how it works before we code it.

Build

Weekly demos of working software on your phone or browser. You can change course early.

Launch & care

We publish, hand over code and logins, and stay on for fixes and updates.

Questions

AI agents: common questions.

What is the difference between an AI agent and a chatbot?

A chatbot answers questions. An agent can also take actions: look up an order, update your CRM, draft and send an email, or file a ticket, within limits you set.

Is my data safe?

We send the model only the data each task needs, use providers that do not train on business API data by default, and add approval steps before any risky action.

Which AI model do you use?

We pick per task. Claude is our default for reasoning and tool use; we also use OpenAI and open models when they fit better or cost less.

What does an agent cost to run?

You pay the model provider per use, usually small amounts per task. We estimate monthly running costs before we build.
